From: BILLY WASSON
To: i:sclem~easystreet.com
Date: 7/1 /98 10:22am
Subject: Review and advise
Two of the counry departments in the Court House Square Dept are proposing to "buy" their shane of the space up
front and therefore be left out of the debt service responsibility. They would have a continuing responsibility for their
share of the operations and maintenance portion of their rent.
In one departments case, Marion Co. Housing Authority, they would like to do their own bonding for their
approxiamate 5000 sq.ft.. What issues do we need to deal with if we were to proceed down this path? What impact,
if any, will this have on the remainder of the projects bonding?
In the case of the other dept, Marion co. Solid Waste, they simply want to pay for their space up front and do not
intend to ask for "partnership" status. Same questions apply here.
Please consult with Mr. Einowski, if you need to for your responses. Thanks.
CC: bwasson
