From: RANDY CURTIS
To: GWM2.M-MAR2(RFRANKE), M-MCDC1(BWASSON)
Date: 6/8/98 1:06pm
Subject: MC Housing Authority Space in Courthouse Square -Forwarded -Reply
Two comments:
First, it's important the BOC be briefed on the impact of this option. In recent weeks, the Board has surprised me
with new thoughts and philosophies regarding centralization of programs etc. Changes are occurring with respect
to our efforts to improve accountability, communication and coordination. What is the impact of allowing the
MCHA to finance its space? What happens it they are dissolved, reorganized or require more space in the future?
Second, Billy you should probably pass this question on to Scott Clements. What if any impact will it have on our
COP's?
CC: GWM1.M-MAR1(CLUEDEMAN),
