Term of Aqreement. R. G. Andersen-Wyckof f' s <br />employment and appointment shall be effective on September 1, 1995. <br />The term of this Agreement shall be fixed and shall expire on June <br />30, 1996; thereafter, the Agreement shall continue indefinitely as <br />hereinafter provided. Unless the District notifies the General <br />Manager to the contrary in writing between the 60th and 30th ~iay <br />before the start of the next agreement year beyond the term of the <br />current Agreement, the Agreement will continue in full force and <br />effect for the succeeding year. Unless the General Manager <br />notifies the District to the contrary in writing at least sixty <br />(60) days before the start of the next agreement year, the General <br />~ Manager agrees that the Agreement will remain in full force and <br />effect. <br />~ a. This agreement shall take full effect upon the <br />effective date and, absent notice as provided above to the <br />~ contrary, shall automatically be deemed to extend annually for the <br />~ succeeding agreement year, which shall extend from July 1, 1996 to <br />June 30, 1997, and during like period each year thereafter. <br />' b. The General Manager may resign at any time. To <br />resign in good standing, the General Manager must give at least <br />~ sixty (60) days notice. <br />1 c.
