Byron <br />will need copy of plan to review. <br />• build out TI's will include boxes <br />electrical work on bid in detail later; core area done. Any narrative on electricat, Bryon needs <br />copy. <br />Curt then went through the Qualifications/Exclusions provided on the ne~rt twa pages. Byron would like to look at these plans. <br />• issue of bus mall on fireproofing - no issues with city. Fireproofing on heari~ng room lid? <br />Yes <br />• Streetscape number based on what we gave city. After we get a balanced budget, then we can <br />go to the city for formal presentation on streetscape numbers. <br />• Landscaping on bus mall unknown <br />• Heat under plaza has been eliminated. <br />• Landscape irrigation in streetscape <br />• Signs included: bathroom/handicap etc. <br />• Basement not painted. <br />• Security separation where floor goes through roof on 3rd floor not included.
