The baseline <br />will be 258 and alternates will be developed for 192 and 324. ACC will price both add <br />alternates in the DD estimate. <br />Estimating <br />7-30 The development team met with ACC to clarify DD estimate assumptions. The County, A/C, <br />ACC and MNIDC were present. A technical review meeting that included Interface <br />Mechanical / Electrical followed. The team felt that ACC should be able to complete the DD <br />estimates by 8-10 with ongoing input from Arbuckle Costic. The Development Team will <br />meet for a post-estimate review at M1VIDC's office on 8-10 at 10:30. The main agenda item <br />for the 8-13 Development Team meeting will be the DD estimate review.
