Ron asked Dave to include additional items on CPM. ACTION: lpave to update <br />~ schedule. MMDC to provide other items for schedule. ' <br />6-27 Leonard updated the team on the status of the plans. He anticipates their ~ompletion of <br />the design development package by July 15. The only problem he forese~s is in the <br />resolution of the dewatering / contamination issue and the incorporation di this resolution <br />into the drawings. ' <br />6-27 Century West (Environmental) reported that Staton is slightly ahead of sc~edule on demo <br />/ abatement. <br />BUDGET <br />6-27 Randy requires an updated streetscape budget. It needs to be comprehen ''ve and is to <br />include landscaping services and a contingency. ACTION: Dave to pre~are updated <br />streetscape budget. ' <br />6-27 Randy is interested in investigating whether it is feasible to use urban ren~wal dollars to <br />upsize and improve area sewer system. It would benefit the project and tl~at area of <br />downtown. ACTION: Leonard to contact civil to research feasibility. ' <br />NEW ISSUES <br />~ <br />
