re: storm water removal, we still won't have numbers available. We will co~tinue to pursue, <br />and when we are making the presentation to the city, the issue with storm water, ~even though not <br />~ identified yet, will need to be considered by the city as part of the streetscape l~udget down the <br />road. We will also be looking at waterproofing sidewalks and the plaza. <br />NEW ISSUES <br />Organizational Chart has had revisions made per requests at last meeting. Ain updated copy <br />was handed out with MMDC's Action Items Agenda. <br />Groundbreaking ceremony might be early in September and not put on hold bec~use of possible <br />delays in construction start date. It really doesn't matter what condition tHe site is in for <br />groundbreaking.. ' <br />Commissioning Agent - Leonard will inform interested firms to contact 1VIMDC. Byron <br />discussed the possibility of setting the job up to eliminate this need. '~With the right <br />configuration of contractors and subs, we won't need one. MMDC will mea`t internally and <br />bring back a report to the group. ' <br />AcousticaWibration <br />Leonard has provided MMDC with the necessary drawings requested. Discussions were held <br />about how deep the soffit is where the bus exits through the building. Would it' allow room for <br />sound abatement materials and insulation. There is a drop down between bearr~s and gives fair <br />amount of height and room. Russ Altermatt and Associates will give specs. Be ,~SUre to let Dave <br />~ know if there will be any added costs for this area in the budget. It was'also asked and <br />confirmed that the electrical conduit can be run through the soffit as we1L ' <br />Regarding the post tension construction, Mike was to get a list of office building$ done that way. <br />Leonard will remind Mike to provide this list. ' <br />Permitting , <br />Leonard has made arrangements for a meeting on Thursday 7/10 at 10 AM with I~on Overstreet at <br />city hall. The pre-application conference is done. Leonard will be takin~ a set of DD's <br />completed to date. It was decidPd to keep this meeting and have Rick i volved in these <br />discussions. Kevin has also been trying to track down everyone to set up a gek~eral meeting on <br />separate issues. Back to pre-application, we need to identify issues out there that we are unaware <br />of. <br />Epvironmental <br />The environmental meeting was postponed to next Wednesday and will ijnclude MMDC, <br />Centurywest, attorneys, R.G. and Randy at 1 PM in the Board's office. ' <br />De-watering <br />This item was covered earlier in the meeting. <br />~ Structural-Post Tension vs. Conventional Reinforcement <br />Item #1 we previously discussed this and Leonard will talk with Mike. <br />Item #2 - heavy loading areas.
