The team needs to <br />elimination of P-2. Preferred options include: Adding a floor to Courthou <br />Expanding parking under sidewalk. Rev. 7-3 Dave will have a streetscape budget 7-10.; <br />6-27 Randy is interested in investigating whether it is feasible to use urban renewal dollars to <br />upsize and improve area sewer system. It would benefit the project and t1~at area of <br />downtown. ACTION: Leonard to contact civil to research feasibility. Rlev. 7-3 On <br />hold pending results of GRI testing. <br />
