It needs to be comprehens~ve and is to include landscaping services and a contingency. ACTION: Dave to pre~aze updated streetscape budget. Rev. 7-3 Dave will have a streetscape budget 7-10.; 6-27 Randy is interested in investigating whether it is feasible to use urban renewal dollars to upsize and improve area sewer system.
