7-3 Byron and Ron will work with Leonard and Dave to compare the latest DI~ plans with ~ Dave's budget. Starting next week they will meet prior to the developmerit team meeting. ACTION: Byron, Ron, Leonard and Dave to meet. ONGOING ISSUES Acoustical / Vibration ' 6-27 MMDC recommended that we bring on an acoustical consultant to assist i~ addressing sound isolation issues. MMDC has contacted Russ Altermatt and Associa~es. Russ can prepare a budget after reviewing structural and azchitectural plans. ACTI(.~N: MMDC will contact Russ to request a proposal. Rev. 7-3 MMDC to transmit pl~ns to Russ and discuss scope of proposal. 6-27 In response to Dan's memo concerning post tension construction and bus vibration- Mike Hayford has isolated the bus breezeway from the offices to isolate vibratioh. Rev. 7-3 Russ Altermatt to include vibration isolation as an option in his proposal. ' Permitting 6-27 Leonard is arranging a pre-application and code review conference with th~ City. Dan would like to have a MMDC team member attend. ACTION: Leonazd to ~et a date for the conference. Rev. 7-3 Leonard set meeting with the City for 10:00 `l~hursday, July 10. ~ 6-27 Craig expressed a concern with adequate budget coverage of permits and f~es. The team discussed some specific permit and fees, e.g. sewer and water hookup, traf~ic impact, building permits, etc. Dave indicated that Kevin Newland from his office v~,~ould be meeting with the city to gather additional permit and fee information. Crai~g would like to have Rick Williams attend. ACTION: Dave and Leonard will do additio~al permit and fee research. Rick and Kevin will set a time to meet with the city. Environmental 6-27 Randy is coordinating a meeting to discuss only environmental issues. Th~ meeting has been set for 7/3 at 2:00 in the Board of Commissioner's meeting room. Ra~dy is assembling the list of desired attendees. Rev. 7-3 The meeting was resdheduled for 7- 9. Pence / Kelly has no money in the budget for haluling or treating contaminated soil. Randy was concerned about slowdown in proje~ct in order to deal with soil. ACTION: Kathleen will attempt to quantify dollars involv~ed with removing contaminated dirt. Dave will attempt to quantify schedule impadts.
