~ ~ <br />6.10 Public Relations <br />During the Construction Period, Manager and Owner shall coordinate public <br />relations activities concerning the Project. <br />6.11 Additional Responsibilities <br />Manager shall perforrn the following additional responsibilities in connection with <br />construction of the Project: <br />6.11.1 coordinate turnover of completed space to Owner, and coordinate <br />system and equipment start-up with the Owner's maintenance personnel. <br />6.11.2 work with the architect to check each item on the punch list as it is <br />corrected after substantial completion. - <br />6.113 work with the architect to check if all project close-out items (i.e., <br />bonds, warranties, as-built drawings, etc.) have been received from the contractor prior to final <br />payment as required by the Construction Contract. <br />6.11.4 work with the architect and the general contractor to document any <br />possibilities of claims for damage to work completed prior to occupancy if Owner occupies the <br />project or any portion thereof prior to final completion of the work by the contractor. <br />6.11.5 coordinate the architect's provision of such warranty ittspections <br />and technical evaluations as may be required under the architect's agreement within 90 days ef <br />full project completion. ~ <br />6.11.6 Manager shall also facilitate and coordinate the performance by <br />others of such other duties and tasks as may be reasonably required in order to complete the <br />Project on time and within the limits of the Project Budget, subject to the terms and conditions of <br />this Agreement <br />7. Advice to Owner and Insnections <br />7.1 Bank Accounts <br />Manager will riot hold any funds for Owner. All monies received by Manager for <br />or on behalf of Owner shall be and remain the property of Owner and shall be deposited in the <br />Owner's Disbursement Account established with the Marion County Treasurer. <br />7.2 Advice to Owner . <br />Upon obtaining knowledge thereof, Manager shall promptly notify Owner in <br />writing of any violation of any Applicable La.w, and, upon obtaining lrnowledge thereo~ advise <br />Owner of any potential violation of any Applicable Law. Manager shall work with the contractor <br />and the architect to advise Owner of the steps required to cure such violation or future violation, <br />9 oias~9o.o~ <br />
