As we have on this month's agenda, we will try to <br />continue to bring the Board small but progressive pieces of the Strategic <br />process for your review and action. The delay in Board action on the Mission <br />and Goals, which were set for October, slowed the process and was <br />compounded by the Courthouse Square issues. I will try to work some catch- <br />up time into the process but I wanted you to know now, up front, that the <br />process will undoubtedly be slowed. <br />10. Annual Employee Recognition...The annual Employee Recognition Dinner, <br />normally held in January, has been postponed until summer. The <br />management team determined that it would be more appropriate to have an <br />outdoor event in the summer where all employees and their families could <br />participate. The Board will be informed when a date has been selected. The <br />Executive Committee was informed of my intention to reschedule this event <br />and concurred in my recommendation. <br />None.
