This arrangement should <br />consist of the formation of a service district. The <br />arrangement shall require an amended DEQ permit and <br />the permit shall include all uses currently using the <br />facility, all uses approved under Marion County <br />ordinances 777 and 784 and the 77 additional RV <br />spaces. <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />A landscaped buffer along the freeway right-of-way <br />shall be provided to block visibility of the park from <br />the freeway. This may be located within the freeway <br />right-of-way if permitted by the State Highway <br />Division. A landscaping and site plan shall be <br />approved by the Chief Planner prior to any improve- <br />ments being installed for the RV park expansion. <br /> <br />(c) There shall be no structures extending more than 150 <br /> feet above the ground. <br /> <br />(d) <br /> <br />A Hold Harmless Agreement or an aviation easement <br />approved by the State Aeronautics Division shall be <br />obtained prior to any improvements being installed for <br />the RV park expansion. <br /> <br />(e) <br /> <br />Prior to any improvements for the RV park expansion, <br />the applicants shall obtain a review of the adequacy <br />of the water supply for all uses proposed to use the <br />system by the State Health Division. Evidence of <br />approval shall be submitted to the Planning Division. <br /> <br />(f) <br /> <br />Prior to any improvements for the RV park expansion <br />the applicants shall submit a drainage plan for the <br />expansion area for review and approval by the Marion <br />County Department of Public Works. <br /> <br />(g) The applicants shall enter into an improvement <br /> agreement with Marion County Planning Division <br /> <br />ZC/CP/CU 89-4/RECOMMENDATION - 7 <br />(ISBERG) <br /> <br /> <br />
