This agreement shall <br />apply to any road or freeway right-of-way changes that <br />may result from realignment of the interchange. The <br />agreement shall come into effect when the right-of- <br />way modifications are improved.; <br /> <br />(h) Ail applicable conditions from Conditional Use Case <br /> 82-10 shall apply to the expansion. <br /> <br />(i) <br /> <br />The applicants shall comply with all requirements and <br />obtain all necessary permits and licenses from the <br />Marion County Building ~nspection Division and Marion <br />County Health Division. <br /> <br />There shall be no more than 161 RV spaces and two <br />mobile homes in the total RV park, unless approved by <br />the County. <br /> <br />(k) <br /> <br />To ensure that the RV park expansion area provides <br />short-term parking for tourists, no particular RV may <br />be parked in the expansion area for more than 30 days <br />in any period of 60 consecutive days, or for more than <br />120 days in any calendar year. <br /> <br />(i) <br /> <br />The applicants shall submit a Declaratory Statement <br />to the Planning Division. This statement will be <br />recorded by the applicants with the Marion County <br />Clerk. <br /> <br />. (m) There shall be no signs visible from the freeway <br />~ located on the subject property. <br /> <br />(n) <br /> <br />The conditional use permit shall be effective only <br />when the exercise of the rights granted herein has <br />commenced within one year of the effective date. A <br />one year extension may be granted by the Chief Planner <br />if requested prior to the expiration date. <br /> <br />(o) <br /> <br />violation of any of the terms and conditions render <br />the conditional use voidable. <br /> <br />VI.
