The following Construction specifications shall apply ~o the installa- <br />tion of your ~epti~ system. <br /> <br />The septic tank shall have a minimum liquid capacity of lOOO <br />gallons. <br /> <br />The p~ejected daily sewage flow fez thi~ p~ojec~ i~ calculated at <br />4~0 ~allo~s ~f ~a¥. ~ased on soil conditions observed on this <br />site, the disposal field will be ~ized at 75~ineal~et~.~er ~150 <br />a~on~ of projeuted daily sewage flow. A minimum o~ 225 linea~ <br />fp~ of disposal field will be required ~or your ~roposed davelop- <br />meat. The disposal trenches are constructed two {~) feet wide and <br />on minimum ten (10) foot =e~ters and with no line exceeding 125 <br />fee~ in length. The trenches and perforated pipe are installed <br />level (~1") and contoured to follow the natural ground s~rfa0e. <br /> <br />The disposal field shall be constructed with ~erial distributipn <br />with a minimum trench depth of ~4 t~ches and a maximum trench <br />depth of ~0 iDche~. There must be at least 12~nches of backfill <br />over the top of the gravel, measured from the natu=al ground <br />surface. <br /> <br /> This approval is site specific to the area tested and the septic system <br />must be located in the immediate area of the test pits ~nless oDherwise autho- <br />rized by this office. A ne~ site evalua~i0n may be required if the system is <br />p£o~osed for a different area On the pre,arty. <br /> <br />SPECIAL CONDITIONS: <br /> Th~ drainfield must be constructed as currently field staked for <br /> location. An alternative sand falter system will be necessary for future <br /> repairs. Observe all normal setback/separation distances. Refer to the <br /> setback list which outlines minimum separation distances between septic <br /> systems and othe~ features. <br /> <br /> <br />
