May 6, 1993 A~PLICANT: You~ Site has been found suitable for a STANDARD ON-S~TE SEWAGE DISPOSAL $¥Se2M. The following Construction specifications shall apply ~o the installa- tion of your ~epti~ system. The septic tank shall have a minimum liquid capacity of lOOO gallons. The p~ejected daily sewage flow fez thi~ p~ojec~ i~ calculated at 4~0 ~allo~s ~f ~a¥. ~ased on soil conditions observed on this site, the disposal field will be ~ized at 75~ineal~et~.~er ~150 a~on~ of projeuted daily sewage flow. A minimum o~ 225 linea~ fp~ of disposal field will be required ~or your ~roposed davelop- meat. The disposal trenches are constructed two {~) feet wide and on minimum ten (10) foot =e~ters and with no line exceeding 125 fee~ in length. The trenches and perforated pipe are installed level (~1") and contoured to follow the natural ground s~rfa0e. The disposal field shall be constructed with ~erial distributipn with a minimum trench depth of ~4 t~ches and a maximum trench depth of ~0 iDche~. There must be at least 12~nches of backfill over the top of the gravel, measured from the natu=al ground surface. This approval is site specific to the area tested and the septic system must be located in the immediate area of the test pits ~nless oDherwise autho- rized by this office. A ne~ site evalua~i0n may be required if the system is p£o~osed for a different area On the pre,arty. SPECIAL CONDITIONS: Th~ drainfield must be constructed as currently field staked for location. An alternative sand falter system will be necessary for future repairs. Observe all normal setback/separation distances. Refer to the setback list which outlines minimum separation distances between septic systems and othe~ features.
