T~e septic system is proposed tO se:ye a throe <br />bedroom residence on the property. <br /> <br /> Eased on the results of this study, on-site sewage disposal appears <br />feasible for the property. However, site conditions will require the installa- <br />tion of a ~ndard ~vste~ for the original system and a ~,~andfil~er ~yst~ <br />for the future replacement system. These are described in =he attached <br />constr~ction detail and setback sheets. <br /> <br /> This a~preval is given on the basis that the lot or parcel will not be <br />further partitioned or subdivided and that conditions on ~his property and on <br />adjacent properties are not altered in any ~aneer which would pmohibit the <br />issuance of a permit. Soils in the approved area shall not bo altered or <br />modified by cutting, filling, Or other developmental aotiviti~ which would <br />impede the successful o~eration of the initial or replacement soil absorption <br />systems. ~ailure to comply with the above items may ~oid this approval. <br /> <br /> T~his.,re~ort is no~ a pprmit to i~stall the sewage system. ~AA commit mus_~t <br />be ob~.ain~d before anv system qonstruGtion~ccu~s. A permit may be issued only <br />after the property has been found to be compatible wi~h applicable LGDC <br />acknowledged local comprehensive land uSO plan. A Statement of Land Use <br />Compatibility or its equivalent is required before a construction permit can <br />bO issued, <br /> <br /> A detailed plot plan, drawn to scale (ex. 1" = 60'), must be submitted <br />with th~ permit application b~fore the construction-lnztallati~n permi~ can be <br />issued. The system must be installed by the property owne~ o= a DEe licensed <br />septic installer. <br /> <br /> ThZS site evaluation report is valid until an on-site sewag~ system is <br />installed pursuant to %he conptruo~ion permit obtained f~om ~his office, <br />until earlier 0aneellat~on pursuant ~o ~h~ ~nvir0nmental Quality c~m~nis~ion <br />rules.
