Th~ disposal t~enches are constructed two (2} feet wide and <br />on minimum ten (10) foot centers and with no tine e~ceeding 125 <br />feet in length. The trenches and perforated pipe are installed <br />level (±l") and sontoured to follow the natural ground surface. <br /> <br />The disposal field shall be constructed with ~_~,~ia~.i~t~ibution <br />with a minimum trench depth of ~4 i$ohes and a maximum trench <br />d~pth of $0..,,inche~. There must be at least 12~in~hes of backfill <br />over the top of the ~ravel~ measured ~rom the natural ground <br />surface, <br /> <br />The sand filter system shall be designed and operated as per OAR <br />340-71-290 ~hrough 340-71-305. Detailed plans for the system must <br />be submitted prior to permit issuance. A building p~rmit is <br />required if a site built concrete box is used as th~ sand filter <br />container. A pamphlet is available in our office which details the <br />requirements for a sand filter system. <br /> <br /> This approval is si=s specific tO the area tested and the septic system <br />must be located in the immediate area of the test pits unless otherwise autho- <br />rized by this office. A new site evaluation may b~ r~quired if the System is <br />proposed for a different area on the property. <br /> <br />SPECIAL GONDITIONS: <br /> Construct the d~ainfields as Currently field staked for location. <br /> Observe all normal setback/ separation distance~. Refer to the setback <br /> list which outlines ~inimum separation distances b~tween septic systems <br /> and other features. <br /> <br /> <br />
