July 29, 1993 APPLICANTz SITE NUMBER: City of Aurora 93-01885 ORIGINAL SYSTEM $~CIFICATXONS Your site has been found suitable for a SEEPAGE TRENCH ALTERNATIVE SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM. The following construction specifications shall apply to the installatien of your septic system. 1. The septic tank shall h~ve a minimum liquid capacity of 1500 gallons. 2. The projected daily sewage flow for this project is calculated at 500 qa~lone per day. Based on soil conditions observed on this site, the disposal field will be sized at 75 lineal f~t ,per 150 ~loDs of projected daily sewage flow. A minimum of 250 lineal feet of disposal field will be required for your proposed develop- ment. The disposal trenches are constructed two (2) feet wide and on minimum ten [10) foot centers aBd with ne line exceeding 125 feet in length, The trenches and p~rforated pipe are installed level (Zl") a~d contoured to fellow the natural ground surface, 3. The disposal field shall be censtructed with SERIAL distribution with a minimum trench depth cf ~6 inche~ and a maximum trench depth of 42 iDches. The depth of filter below the distribution pipe shall be 18 inches. There must be at l~ast 12 ~nch~ of backfill over the top of the gravel, measured fro~ the natural ground surface. Thi~ approval is site specific to the area tested and the septic syst~ must be located in the immediate area of the test 91tS unless otherwis~ autho- rise0 by this office. A new site evaluation may be required iZ the system is proposed for a different area 0A the property. SPECIAL CONDITIONS: The initial system and ~he ~eplauement system must be staked out 9riot to installation ~O verify the losation of th~ lines.
