The ~eptic system is proposed to serve a public <br />restroom building on the property~ <br /> <br /> Based on the results of this study, on-~ite sewage dispOsal appears <br />£ea~ible for the property. ~w~ver, site conditions will require =he inetalla- <br />tion of a SEEPAG~ ~RENCH SYSTE~ for the original system and a SAND FILTER <br />SYSTEM for the fut~ replacement system. The~e are described in the attached <br />construction d~tail and setback ~heeta. <br /> <br /> This approval is given on the basis that the lot or parcel will not be <br />further ~artitioned or subdivided and that conditions on this property and o~ <br />adjacent propertie~ are not altered in a~y manner which would prohibit the <br />issuance o~ a permit, soils in t~e approved area shall not be altered or <br />modified by cutting, filling, or other develo~ental activities which would <br />impede tho successful operation of the initial or replacement ~oil absorption <br />systems. A pe~it may be issued only <br />after the property has been found tO be compatible wi~h applicable LCDC <br />acknowledged local comprehensive land use plan. A Statement of Land Use <br />Compatibility or its equivalent is req,~ired before a construction permit can <br />be issued. <br /> <br /> A detailed plot plan, d=awn to scale (ex. 1" = ~0'), must b~ submitted <br />with the Permit application before ~he construction-installation permit can be <br />~ssued.
