EXCEPT that portion lying within the existing County Roads. COLLFMBIA, its sucessors and assigns, shall fill all excavations made during construction, repair and maintenance of said septic tank drain field as soon as practicable after opening. Should farming of the surface by a lessee cease, COLUMBIA agrees to keep the surface thereof mowed, clear of trash and in a neat appearance. The STATE reserves the right of access to and on the surface of said easement as it de~m~ necessary for airport purposes. In the event the exer- cise of such rights damage the drain field, the State will repair or pay the reasonable cost thereof. As a further ¢onsideration~ the parties agree as follows: (a) COLUI~BIA agrees to indemn{fy the STATE against any costs incurred by the STATE resulting from this lease and particularly for the cost, if any~ of terminating the surface tenant's rights in and to the leased property and against the loss~ if any~ sustained by way of reduction in rentals paid by the surface tenant as a result of tke granting of this easement.
