DRAIN FTELD EA$I~NT <br /> <br />In consideration of the sum of $3,088.80, payable $1,500 on the date <br /> <br />of this easement, and the balance without interest on or before the expiration <br /> <br />of two full calendar years from the date thereof, the receipt and sufficiency <br /> <br />of which is hereby acknowledged, the STATE OF OREGON, acting by and through <br /> <br />ins DEPAi~TM~NT OF TRANSPORTATION, AERONAUTIC£ DIVISION, hereinafter called <br /> <br />the STATE, does hereby grant unto COLUMBIA HELICOPTERS, INC., an Oregon <br /> <br />corporation~ hereinafter called COLUM5%A, its successors and assigns, a per- <br /> <br />manant right to construct, reconstruct, use~ maintain and repair a septic <br /> <br />tank drain field and all necessary related facilities under a plot of land <br /> <br />lying in the Northeast corner of the STATE'S property known as the Aurora <br /> <br />State Airport in the Northeast quarter of Section 2~ Township 4 South, Range <br /> <br />1 West of the Willamette Meridian, which said plot is described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the Northeast corner of the State's said <br />property; thence in a generally Southerly direction <br />along the East boundary thereof a distance of 330 feet; <br />thence in a generally Westerly direction at right angles <br />to the said East boundary a distance of 156 feet; thence <br />in a generally Northerly direction parallel to the said <br />East boundary to the North boundary line of the State's <br />said property; thence in a generally Easterly direction <br />along said North boundary to the point of beginning~ as <br />shown on the attached topographic map marked Exhibit A <br />and by this reference n~de a part hereof. <br /> <br />TO ~AVE AND TO EOLD the above easement unto C0~o-MBL~, its successors <br /> <br />and assigns forever~ provided~ however, that this easement and all rights <br /> <br />thereunder by whomsoever c!aimed or held shall te--minate 180 days after a <br /> <br />public ~ewer connection be¢cmes reasonably available to the facilities to he <br /> <br /> <br />
