SECTION N. Action <br />The requested zone change from UD (Urban Development) to RM (Multiple -Family Residential) <br />is hereby GRANTED subject to conditions identified in Exhibit B, attached hereto; and by this <br />reference incorporated herein. <br />The property, rezoned by this Ordinance is identified on a map in Exhibit C, attached hereto and <br />by this reference incorporated herein. The Official Marion County Zoning Map shall be changed <br />pursuant to the Marion County Code Section 16.010.40 to reflect the new zoning. <br />The requested adjustment to allow more than four dwellings to be served by a private roadway is <br />-hereby DENIED. <br />The requested adjustment to reduce the number of required parking spaces from eight to six is <br />hereby -DENIED. <br />SECTION V.
