• Approximately 50 LF of 2-inch gravity effluent sewer piping for treated effluent from the <br /> AX20 pods and the recirculating splitter valve to the drainfield dosing tank. <br /> • Approximately 200 LF of 1-inch Schedule 40 polyvinyl chloride(PVC)pressure effluent <br /> sewer from drainfield dosing tank to Hydrosplitter. <br /> • Approximately 530 LF of pressure-assisted distribution soil absorption trenches configured <br /> into 7 trenches of varying lengths with monitoring ports and related appurtenances as <br /> specified in the plans. <br /> 4.0 PROJECT SCHEDULE <br /> Construction is anticipated to occur as soon as practical during the spring of 2024(as soon as the <br /> permit is issued and materials are available). <br /> 5.0 CONSTRUCTION SPECIFICATIONS <br /> Unless specifically described differently in the approved plans and specifications, all materials, <br /> standards,and workmanship pertaining to the collection,treatment,and disposal system shall <br /> comply with the requirements of the Department of Environmental Quality(DEQ)as outlined in the <br /> current version of the Onsite Wastewater Treatment System Rules(Oregon Administrative Rules <br /> [OAR], Chapter 340,Divisions 71 and 73).1 All materials, standards,and workmanship pertaining <br /> to the collection system(building sewers)shall comply with the requirements of the current version <br /> of the Uniform Plumbing Code and applicable Oregon amendments.All materials, standards, and <br /> workmanship pertaining to the electrical components shall comply with the current version of the <br /> National Electrical Code and appropriate local amendments. <br /> 5.1 General Specifications <br /> Each area of the Site disturbed by the Installer shall be restored to its original condition,or as <br /> specified in the approved plans and specifications. This shall include removal of all scraps, <br /> containers, debris,excess aggregate,and extraneous material incidental to the project.The Site shall <br /> be maintained in a safe and sanitary manner consistent with the standards of the State of Oregon and <br /> the industry.All disturbed soil surfaces shall be protected from erosion with a 2-inch blanket of <br /> 3/4-inch minus crushed rock and/or re-seeded with a locally adapted mixture of annual and <br /> perennial grasses.It is anticipated that any excess soil from tank excavations will remain on Site. <br /> Close attention to grades and relative elevations is critical to ensure adequate fall where <br /> gravity flow is required. <br /> The term "compacted" is used in several places in the plans and specifications.The intent of this <br /> term is to reduce the potential for settling in or near the affected area after system components are in <br /> 1 Construction Standards,340 OAR§340.73.(2023). <br /> Onsite Wastewater Treatment Systems,340 OAR§340.71.(2023). <br /> Valley—Albany,QR East Salem Seventh-Day Adventist Church I P&S <br /> Doc:2023240054 East Salem Church PS.docx November 2023 I Page 3 <br />
