<br />NOTICE OF DECISION <br />ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW CASE NO. 00-18 <br />APPLICATION: <br /> Application of Katie Gentry (on property owned by <br />DeWitt and Beverly Blamer) for an administrative review to place a <br />‘Lot of Record’ dwelling on a 19.89 acre parcel in a FT (FARM <br />TIMBER) zone on property located in the 3500 block of Crooked <br />Finger Road NE, Scotts Mills. (Section 7; T7S; R2E). Parcel <br />01300. <br />DECISION: <br /> Notice is hereby given that the Planning Director for <br />APPROVED a modified <br />Marion County has application to place a forest <br />template dwelling subject to certain conditions. <br />MAY <br /> <br />EXPIRATION: <br /> This decision is valid only when exercised by <br />23, 2002 <br /> (two years from the effective date of the decision) <br />unless an extension is granted. The effective period of this <br />application may be extended for one year subject to approval of an <br />extension. Request for an extension must be submitted to the <br />Planning Division prior to expiration of the approval. (Extension <br />form available from the Planning Division). <br />CONDITIONS: <br /> <br />1.The applicants shall obtain all permits, including subsurface <br />sewage disposal, required by the Marion County Building <br />Inspection Division. <br />2.The applicant shall sign and submit a Declaratory Statement <br />acknowledging there are nearby farm and forest uses in the <br />area. This statement shall be recorded by the applicant with <br />the Marion County Clerk after it has been reviewed and signed <br />by the Planning Director (statement enclosed). <br />3.Prior to issuance of a building permit, the applicant shall <br />provide written evidence to the Planning Division that the <br />domestic water supply is from a source authorized in accor- <br />dance with Department of Water Resources Oregon Administrative <br />Rules for the appropriation of ground water or surface water. <br />4.Prior to being issued a building permit, the applicant shall <br />provide evidence that the property is planted with a suffi- <br />cient number of trees to demonstrate that the property is <br />reasonably expected to meet Department of Forestry stocking <br />requirements. <br />5.The dwelling shall have a fire retardant roof. <br /> <br />
