Performs other related duties as <br />assigned. <br />SUPERVISION RECEIVED <br />Works under the general direction of assigned management personnel, with additional <br />recommendations from task forces and community boards or committees. <br />SUPERVISION EXERCISED <br />Supervision is not a responsibility of this classification; however, incumbents in this <br />classification may exercise lead responsibilities over one or more employees engaged in <br />closely related duties. <br />EXAMPLES OF DUTIES - DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED <br />TO THE FOLLOWING: <br />1.Coordinates the development and operations of a department or county wide program <br />(s); implements program plans and monitors effectiveness and evaluates outcomes; <br />performs program analysis of fiscal, administrative, and operational activities. <br />2.Liaison between special task forces, community boards and committees or other <br />governmental agencies and county employees and elected officials; facilitates board or <br />committee meetings; distributes agendas and meeting minutes; and maintain program <br />records. <br />3.Participates in the development of the program budget; tracks revenues and <br />expenditures and accounts for variances; assists in grant writing; and participates in the <br />distribution and monitoring of the expenditures of grant funds. <br />4.Consults with department head, department managers, and community partners in <br />recommending and establishing program policies. <br />https://agency.governmentjobs.com/marion/default.cfm?action=specbulletin&ClassSpecI...11/23/2020 <br /> <br />
