Water was present at 60 inches. The soils evaluated on this <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL property will drain too quickly to the water table and there is inadequate separation <br /> SERVICES for a standard system. An alternative treatment system standard 2 with a <br /> pressurized distribution drainfield is required for this Major Repair. <br /> OPERATIONS <br /> PARKS Septic tank: 1000gallons <br /> System Design Flow: 450 gallons per day <br /> PLANNING Drain field: 105 lineal feet, Pressurized Distribution <br /> SURVEY Trench depth: 18" minimum; 301 maximum <br /> To proceed with the Major Repair, please provide the following: <br /> 1. A completed application for an ATT system treatment standard #2 or <br /> Bottomless Sand Filter, including a signed Maintenance Agreement. <br /> 2. A revised Site Plan with scale-drawn detail showing the proposed septic <br /> system. Indicate dimensions and distances for all items requiring setbacks <br /> (see enclosed). <br /> 3. Construction Details and Materials list(see enclosed Site Plan Instructions for <br /> Installation Permit). <br /> 4.
