OBSERVE ALL SETBACKS AND SEPARATION DISTANCES as required by the DEQ rules. A copy of the <br /> DEQ setback requirements is included for your review. <br /> THE APPROVED SEPTIC SYSTEM AREA MUST BE PROTECTED from any vehicular traffic, <br /> livestock and farming activities. Other activities such as excavating or filling, driveway placement, <br /> paving or other similar activities that alter the natural soil conditions will adversely affect the soil and <br /> the septic system function and lead to premature system failure. The area must not be subjected to <br /> excessive saturation due to artificial drainage of ground surfaces, driveways,building downspouts or <br /> other sources. The areas of the initial septic system and the future repair system must both be protected <br /> THIS SYSTEM MUST BE INSPECTED AND APPROVED PRIOR TO BACKFILL. When <br /> work is complete and ready for inspection, request an inspection by following the instructions on the <br /> accompanying permit document. Be sure the System Record form with the As-Built drawing is on the <br /> job or in our office when the inspection is requested.
