This system consists of a 1,000 gallon concrete tank and 375' of drainfield with a curtain drain above
the drainfield. The tank and the drop boxes are currently uncovered, and the system appears to be in good
working condition.
Proposed: I have laid out both initial and replacement areas, with three additional test holes within these
.areas. The original evaluation by Bob Foster required 125' LF of drainfield for each 150 GPD of effluent.
Based on DEQ's factor of 5 gallons per seat per day the required lineal footage for 200 seats is 833.33'.
Using these factors, I have laid out a total of 1,735 LF of drainfield as shown on the drawings. The initial area
is utilizing 326' of the existing drainfield and adding the remainder down slope of the existing system. The
existing tank is to be abandoned.
Please call me if you have questions.
Thank You,
Todd Z.
503-991-6578
