Supplemental Application for Relocation Benefits <br />Courthouse Square Project <br />Displaced Party: The VanderMay Law Firm <br />Compensable Losses: <br />1) Moving-related costs (other than previously submitted direct moving expenses): <br />A) Direct Loss of Tangible Personal Property Which Could Not Be Relocated <br />to New Site: <br />Replacement Cost of built in reception station -$3,700.00 <br />Replacement cost of built in bookcases in conference room <br />$2,293.33 <br />Total claim for direct losses of tangible personal property: <br />$5,993.33. ee attached Relocation Substitute Personal Property <br />Claim form, with requisite documentation. <br />B) Replacement stationery:' <br />Replacement of business cards -$464.00; replacement of printed <br />labels -$150.00; replacement of letterhead stationery and <br />envelopes -$468.50 (copies of invoices attached for the new <br />stationery -- amounts stated above include the cost of stationery <br />with former address which had to be discarded. Because we had to <br />discard approximately the same quantity as we had to purchase, we <br />simply doubled the amount of the invoices to take account of the <br />discarded stationery). <br />Total claim for replacement stationery: $1,082.50 <br />' Although Mr. Berrey did not provide us with claim forms concerning what <br />constitutes compensable moving related expenses, the governing regulations provide a <br />description of such expenses. 42 C.F.R. 24.303 provides for reimbursement of various moving- <br />related expenses, including: <br />"(9) Relettering signs and replacing stationery on hand at the time of displacement that <br />are made obsolete as a result of the move." <br />
