Procedures to be implemented to provide the required environmental protection and [o <br />comply with the applicable la~~s and regulations. Describe the procedures to be followed to <br />correct pollu[ion of the em~ironment due to accident, natural causes or failure to follow the <br />procedures set out in accordance with the environmental protection plan. <br />c. Permit or license and the location of lhe solid waste disposal area. <br />d. [nclude as part of an Erosion Control P(an approved b the District Office of the U.S. Soil <br />Conservation Service and the Owner or Owner s e resentative, drawings showing <br />ocahons of any propose temporary excavations or emban ~ments for haul roads, materia( <br />storage areas, structures, sanitary facilities, and stockpiles of excess or spoil materials. <br />e_ Environmental monitoring plans for the job site, including land, water, air and noise. <br />f. Work Area Plan showing the proposed activity in each portion of the area and identifying <br />the areas of limited use or nonuse. Plan should include measures for marking the limits of <br />use areas. This plan may be incorporated within the Erosion Control Plan. <br />_ ~~. Written Contingency Plan to cover action to be taken in emergency situations that can be <br />encountered during construction. <br />During the project, the Contractor will submit the following items to the Owner's <br />Representative on a weekly basis: <br />1. During the work, the Contractor shall maintain a daily project log describing work progress, <br />problems encountered and their respective solutions, and topics discussed during meetings of the <br />work crew. The daily log shall be made available for inspection by the Owner or Owner's <br />Representative at any time. <br />Prior to making application for final payment, the Contractor will submit to the Owner or Owner's <br />Representative the following items: <br />- ~ 1 Re-survey: At the completion of the work, the Contractor shall make a thorough survey with the <br />Owner or Owner's Representative listing any damage caused by Contractor. This will form basis <br />for determining extent of repair work required of Contractor to restore damage cause by <br />Contractor's workmen in executing work of this contract. <br />_ _ 2. A description of the work as performed by Contractor, including al( deviations from the work <br />specified. This description shall summarize the locations and the dates that work was performed. <br />3. Properly executed Waste Shipment Records and disposal receipts. <br />4. Copies of any other submittals required in connection with the work. <br />
