We will provide a percentage of bui(ding <br />energy consumption value for each building unit, similar to the calculation for building ownership as defined by the <br />agreement. Our values will be our best estimate of accual cost as there are manr variables that may not be consistent <br />over time. <br />We will provide this service for a fee of $3800. <br />We will require two weeks to complete this task. <br />Please let us know if this is acceptable.
