Note the <br />traffic signals in the your estimate did call for a"lump sum" which <br />is consistent with our standard form providing the plans and <br />specifications are complete and correct. Weather protection is another <br />area which can be simplified. As the Agency is providing a maximum of <br />$160 per lineal foot the lineal distance for the two types of systems <br />and their respective total cost is all the is needed.
