They will pay for these spaces. Of the 218 <br />remaining, 40 spaces are currently allocated to the expansion (leased) space. We have not decided how this <br />allocation will be done, but iYs fair to assume that they will be included in the tenant lease and reserved for tenant <br />use. <br />CC: BWasson, M MC, RFranke <br />
