Leonard's preliminary layout <br />indicates that expanding parking under sidewalk is the preferred approach. <br />BUDGET <br />7-10 MMDC, Marion County and Transit need some indication on the status of the budget. <br />Although the plans aze not at 100 %, it should be possible to set budget parameters and <br />make assumptions to establish a benchmark budget. MMDC urged the team to work <br />towards this end. The goal is to eliminate any holes in the budget. ACTION: Dave to <br />compile a comprehensive project budget. Craig to provide a desired format and backup. <br />MMDC to work with Leonazd and Dave to define building shell and core. <br />6-27 Randy requires an updated streetscape budget. It needs to be comprehensive and is to <br />include landscaping services and a contingency. ACTION: Dave to prepare updated <br />streetscape budget. Rev. 7-10 Dave will have a streetseape budget 7-17. <br />7-3 Byron and Ron will work with Leonard and Dave to compare the latest DD plans with <br />Dave's budget. The subjects covered in the 7-10 meeting included structural, fire code <br />issues, roof grading and drainage. Rev. 7-10 Electrical will be the agenda item next <br />week. ACTION: Byron, Ron, Leonard and Dave to meet. <br />~ <br />
