5. To make no alterations of y kind or nature to the leased prer es without prior written <br />consent of MMMA. ~ ~ <br />6. To fully cooperate with staff and security personnel of MMMA. <br />7. In the event of a disturbance to give waming in front of witnesses to the persons causing the <br />disturbance giving direction that they are to leave the premises forthwith. In the event of <br />noncompliance to call the Salem Police Dept. and the security personnel of MMMA. <br />8. To observe and ensure that all persons attending RENTER's event observe the designated <br />smoking and no-smoking areas on the premises. Smoking is permitted outside only. No smoking is <br />permitted in any buildings. <br />9. To compty fully with all the rules and regulations described in the enclosed GUIDELINES FOR <br />RENTERS information. <br />10. RENTER acknowledges that maintenance of historical authenticity at this historic site results <br />in possible hazards such as uneven footing, slippery surfaces, overhead obstacles and unstable <br />equipment. RENTER, their invitees, guests and vendors acknowledge these risks and by signing this <br />agreement, RENTER agrees to pay, indemnify and hold MMMA harmless from any claim or demand <br />of any kind or nature arising o~t of c~r in any way cor.n?~ted w9th RENTER's use of MMMA rentai <br />facitities. <br />ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES: RENTER agrees to comply with all of the policies outlined in the <br />enclosed GUIDELINES FOR RENTERS information. In the event that alcoholic beverages are being <br />served at the event, RENTER and/or RENTERS AGENTS agree to provide MMMA with a certificate <br />of insurance for liquor liability in the amount of $500,000 or more, which shall be attached to and <br />made a part of this agreement.
