A ~ _ _ _ _ . <br />Address <br />s <br />O~e q730/ '9> <br />herein called "RENTER" a portion of Mission Mill Village, 1313 MitHStreet S~,ASalem, Oregon 97301, <br />in an "as is" condition u on the followin terms and conditions. ~~ ' ~~ <br />P g ,.. . <br />` r.-~. <br />SPACE: The space being rented is described as: ~ E,yaz~sE_ , <br />TERM: The term of this agreement and the date(s) of RENTER's event are: <br />Day:_ Gv~tiESA~ Date: i~-i9 - 9~Z.__Time:-_ ~-/OP/I7 <br />Day: Date: Time: <br />All rental activities must be completed within the time period entered above, no exceptions. <br />DEPOSIT: Upon signing this agreement RENTER has paid to MMMA a cleaning/damage security <br />deposit in the amount of $,p_ <br />Following RENTER's event, said security deposit shall be refunded to RENTER in the event that <br />RENTER returns the leased premises to MMMA without damage to the premises and has <br />satisfactorily perFormed those duties outlined in the attached GUIDELINES FOR RENTERS packet. <br />Following RENTER's event, MMMA reserves the right to deduct charges, if applicable, from <br />RENTER's deposit, and to bill RENTER for the balance due if the amount is greater than the deposit. <br />If RENTER cancels this agreement by written notice from RENTER delivered to MMMA at least 60 <br />days prior to RENTER's event, a$25.00 handling fee shall be considered non-refundable and the <br />remainder of the deposit, if any, shall be refunded to RENTER. <br />If notice of cancellation is received less then 60 days but more than 30 days prior to RENTER's <br />event, a.$50.00 handling fee shall be deducted from the total deposit and the remaining amount, if <br />any, shall be refunded to RENTER. <br />If notice of cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to RENTER's event, the entire deposit <br />shafl be forfeited. <br />RENT: RENTER agrees to pay to MMMA rent of $/~5cO not less than ten (10) working days prior <br />to RENTER's event date. <br />USE: RENTER agrees during the term of this lease to: <br />1. Use the facility for ,~ ,~i,~G s,~~~ and no other purpose; <br />2. Exercise all reasonable care to protect the facility, its contents, and grounds. <br />3. To comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations of any public authority affecting the <br />property and its use; <br />4. To keep all fire lanes and loading zones open and free and clear of any obstructions. <br />
