I have responded in three ways: <br />First, I have assembled certain documents establishing the general authority <br />of the commissioners to act. These include: <br />1. A certificate of the Marion County Clerk verifying the names and terms of <br />office of each commissioner. <br />2. A certified copy of the order appointing Angela E. Phipps as recording <br />secretary for the Board of Commissioners. <br />A certified copy of the order appointing the Chair and Vice Chair of the <br />board. <br />4. A certified copy of the ordinance establishing the meeting date, time and <br />place for board meetings. <br />Second, I have assembled certain documents related to the financing of the <br />county's respective share of the courthouse square project. These include: <br />Copies of the contract and staff report concerning selection and <br />employment of the underwriter.
