The project will have an 8,OOOsf open court yard, to be known as Mark O. <br />Hatfield Plaza. This area will be finished in the same downtown Streetscape that <br />already exist and will be available to all tenants. <br />Term of Lease: <br />5 to 20 years terms are available. <br />Security: <br />The project will be equipped with the latest technology, including a card lock <br />system. <br />Bus Mall: <br />The building will be occupied by Salem Mass Transit with on site bus service. <br />This building will serve as Salem's Mass Transit central location. Thus, it will <br />create easy access for customers and employee parking. <br />Marion County: <br />The building will also house the majority of all of Marion County's departments <br />and agencies. <br />Interior Space Design: <br />It is possible, at this time, to design the interior space layout to meet any special <br />needs the tenant may have due to the fact that the project is currently going <br />through the final design changes now. <br />I feel that it will not take long to fill the space when you consider that the space has not <br />been marketed and I have already received more inquires for the space than is currently <br />available for lease. <br />I may be reached at 371-3013 to discuss the project with you further.
