Three Levels of Coatrolled Access To Buildiag <br />Check Applicable Entry Requirements <br />Management Points For Discussion <br />Security Control Level I <br />^ No one needs to stop at security or receptionist desk <br />^ No vestibule or swinging gate to control access <br />^ ID badge flashed to receptionist as employee passes <br />^ Entry requires general recognition <br />^ Temporary ID card issued to new employees <br />^ Sign-in sheet required only for guests and vendors <br />^ Tag-along approved if the employee they are accompanying is recognized <br />^ Receiving point for all mail and packages: No screening before delivery <br />Security Control Level II <br />^ Stopping at the security or receptionist desk is required (preferred "security") <br />^ Badge recognition is required <br />^ Temporary ID issued to employees; reason for missing ID is recorded <br />^ Guests and vendors must sign-in and must wear a temporary ID card <br />a No tag-alongs; everyone gets temporary ID <br />^ Receiving point for all mail and packages: All deliveries are logged <br />Security Controt Level III <br />^ Employees use separate entrance from visitors and vendors <br />a All entry doors are locked with interior panic bars except public entrance <br />a Employees must display ID card at all times: on lapel or around the neck <br />^ All missing ID cards must be reported; temporary card issued (fee involved?) <br />^ Security personnel record description of vehicle the visitor or vendor is using <br />^ V'isitor or vendor must wait for the person visiting to come and escort them <br />a Security camera tapes all persons entering the visitor / vendor entrance <br />^ Contract personnel (i.e. janitorial, construction workers, etc.) have different <br />color ID badges than employees <br />^ Contract personnel, visitors, vendors and all other non-employees must sign- <br />out or be check out at time of departure <br />
