3yron Courts - CT2 Addendums and Parking CO exhaust system Page 1;
~
~
~
~ From: Byron Courts
~ To: Leonard Lodder
Date: Tue, Jun 8, 1999 4:13 PM
Subject: CT2 Addendums and Parking CO exhaust system
Craig gave me the info this afternoon. Thanks
Basement parking- Exhaust system. Can we ask PK and their Mechanical sub to VE the duct work? I still think that there is savings in shortening
the runs and making the changes that you mentioned under the TOD site.
Interface has selected constant volume fans that are run by time clock .
We have saved operating costs in our other properties by installing CO sensors and VFD fans. This allows the fan horse power to be set for the
actual CO concent~ation .
At the bank of California this change had a payback of 2.and'/z years. Can we ask PK to VE this change and develop the energy savings
numbers?
Please let me know what you think. Byron
CC: Craig Lewis
