SCENIC RESQURCES No stgniftcant impacts on scenic resources are associated with the proposed project. The project is not Iocated in or near any designated scenic resources protected by local, state or federal statutes or plan~ing guidelines. 17. WETLANDS No significant impacts on wetl~nd are associated wrth the proposed project. There are no wetland areas [ocated on or in the vicinity of the project site, and na identified wetland resources are impacted by the proposed project actnrifies. 1$. CONSTRUCTION IMPACTS No significant impacts are expected from construction activities relatEd to the project_ Construction activities at the site wi[I be regufated through city of Salem Public Works Qesign Standards and are not expected to result in any violations of local, state or federal air, naise, or water quality standards. Constreaction plans will be subject to reviEw and approval by the city of Salem and wilt incfude measures to mitigate disruption of utilities to surrounding users as warranted. Haul routes for the disposal of debris and spoi( wili be subject to review and approval by the c'rty of Salem. Erosion cont7oi plans are required by the city of Saiem and wi[[ ensure that no significant erosian and/or introducfion of sediments, wastewater or chemicals into the storm drain or groundwater systems o~curs. A traffic control pian for the duration of construction activities wifl be prepared and submitted to the city afi Salem for review and approval. No significant disruptions are anticipated.
