SECTION 00300 <br />DEMOLTTION ~ <br />1997 PAGE 1 OF 2 <br />PROPOSAL - Package i <br />For Completion in 60 days <br />300 SALEM COURTHOUSE SQUARE, INC. <br />DEMOLITION <br />OF <br />ALL STRUCTURES BOUNDED BY COURT STREET, CHURCH STREET, <br />CHEMEKETA and HIGH STREET IN SALEM, OREGON <br />1997 <br />301 The asbestos abatement must be coordinated by the demolition contractor to meet established dates of <br />completion. Having carefully examined the Project specifications and conditions relating to the work, the <br />undersigned agrees to enter into a contract with Marion County to furnish all labor, materials and other <br />services required by, and in strict accordance with the plans and specifications for the following sum: <br />Base Proposal Amount: <br />For demolition of all structures bounded by Court Street, Church Street, Chemeketa Street and High Street <br />in Salem, Oregon. This Proposal shall be a single fixed price. The demolition includes but is not <br />necessarily limited to the following: demolition of buildings, concrete slabs, asphalt and paving, <br />foundations to subgrade and salvage of required components. The Proposal shall include lateral force <br />resisting structural components to shore the subgrade basement wall to the floors that are to remain. <br />Dollars Cents $ <br />a.
