Will the curbs need to remain to help control drain water? <br />We are requesting that the contractor provide a separate line item identifying the cost to return at a <br />later date to remove the curbs. <br />18. Shall both the demolition contractor and asbestos contractor retain 5 million dollar <br />insurance policy separately? <br />Yes. Both the asbestos contractor and the demolition contractor need to obtain separate insurance <br />policies. Will power and utilities be left intact for abatement contractor or will they need to provide <br />temporary utilities? <br />Yes. Power and utilities will be left intact. Marion County will pay the utility costs. Contractor <br />will need appropriate permits to coordinate use of services and will be responsible to terminate the <br />services. <br />21. Who will be responsible for fencing of the property for abatement and demolition? <br />The demolition contractor will be responsible to provide appropriate security/fencing during <br />abatement and demolition. Site security/fencing will remain at the completion of the demolition <br />and will become the responsibility of the project's General Contractor. <br />22.
