Submit the recorded information to the <br />Owner or Owner's Representative noting any problems and the alternative for mitigating actions. <br />F. The Contractor is to survey adjacent buildings which may be susceptible to damage from <br />vibration, falling debris and soil movement prior to demolition of the Owner's property. <br />G. Restoration of Damaged Property: When or where in the execution of the work under this <br />contract, any direct or indirect damage injury is done to public or private property by or on account <br />of any act, omission, neglect, or misconduct, the Contractor, at no additional cost to the <br />County, shall restore the damaged property to a condition equal to that existing before damage or <br />injury. was done. Repair, rebuild or otherwise restore property as directly or make good such <br />damage or injury in an acceptable manner. ~ <br />H. Final Clean-up: On completion of project and after removal of all debris, rubbish and temporary <br />construction, the construction area shall be left in a clean condition satisfactory to the Owner or <br />Owner's Representative. Cleaning shall include off the station disposal of all items and materials <br />not required to be salvages, as well as all debris and rubbish resulting from demolition and new <br />work operations. <br />END OF SECTION <br />
