We believe we can offer the County top-notch experience> responsiveness and service <br />in administering this bond issue. Norwest ranks Number Three nationally in having been selected <br />Trustee for new municipal financings. We offer the solid backing of a strong national bank coupled with <br />the personal customer service of a local bank.
