This could work if the continuing party took advantage of the lease terms to <br />sublet the property to a private developer and assigned the lease after <br />completion of the project. But even this would require time to request <br />proposals for use of the block. <br />On the other hand, the lease provisions allow a project to be throwing up a <br />shed and laying down an asphalt slab. <br />Frankly, I have not thought down the road on this. I will over the weekend. <br />I intend to tell Ben I am uncomfortable with many of the terms, and I am <br />consulting. <br />
