Extensive repairs ta the <br />infrastructure is now required. It was estimated that it <br />will cost 3-6 millfon dollars to bring the building up to <br />code over the next 20 years. <br />Age: 70 years <br />Condition: Good <br />Description: The building is used for archives storage and was recent- <br />ly remode[ed. <br />Age: 25 years <br />Condition: Good (currently being remodeled) <br />Description: Previousty known as the Ticor Bldg, the building was <br />recently purchased to accoinnaodate the Dept. Communiay <br />Development. <br />Age: 20 yea~s <br />Condit(on: Fair <br />Description: T/te buildingis poorly designed, energy inefficient, and <br />ve~y overcrowded. The pending relocation of the elec- <br />tiats division wi[l relieve some of the overcrowding.
