For each.material recycled, reuaed, or <br />salvaged from the Project, the amount (in tons <br />or cubic yards), the date removed from the <br />jobsite, the receiving party, the <br />transportation cost, the amount of any <br />money paid or received for the recycled or <br />salvaged material, and the net total cost or <br />savings of salvage or recycling each material. <br />Attach manifests, weight tickets, receipta, <br />and invoices. <br />SPECIAL PROGRAMS <br />A. The contractor shall be responaible for final <br />implementation of programs involving tax credits or <br />rebates or similar incentives related <br />to recycling, if applicable to the Project. <br />Revenues or other savings obtained for recycling or <br />returns shall accrue to the [CONTRACTOR] [OWNER]. <br />1.
