NE, Aurora Site #99-06082 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. James, <br /> <br />I received you~fax of the proposed drainfleld layout modification due to the relocation <br />of the taxiway. <br /> <br />The sketch appears to replace the drairdleld area that is removed by the taxiway <br />relocation however it doesn't appear that the sand filter replacement area has the 10' <br />perimeter buffer area required. <br /> <br />From reviewing the file it appears that the septic system was originally sized for 1075 <br />gallons per day sewage flow. This equated to the drainfield being sized at 900 linear <br />feet (125' per 150 gallons of flow). The sand filter replacement area is sized at 50' per <br />150 gallons which calculated to 360'. The new easement area needs to contain the <br />drainfield and replacement areas with a 10' perimeter "buffer fringe" for maintenance <br />and protection. <br /> <br />In addition, you refer to amending the lease for the drainfield which is not the same <br />thing as a easement. We can issue this permit when we receive the new easement <br />modification and are recorded. Please let us review the document prior to recording <br />them in to assure they are in the format we need.
