It appears the existing barn adjacent to the proposed arena is 25 feet and approximately 20' by 60' or 1.800 square feet ~o meet the requirements of Sections 227,1, 229 and 502, this review is including the existing barn square footage. As noted above, the basic allowable square footage for a U-1 under Section 327,1 is 12,000 square feet.
