This is a Plan Review covering the construction of the above <br />indicated new building. Plans have been reviewed for compliance with the provisions of the <br />Oregon State Structural Specialty Code ('94 UBC) 1996 Edition. <br /> <br />LOCAL FIRE DISTRICTS may have additional requirements that affect this project. You are <br />advised to contact the Fire District before you proceed. <br /> <br />This review is based on the buiding being placed at least 10' from all property lines. If any wall. <br />is located closer than 10' this review is void and will remain so until plans are submitted and <br />approved showing the actual distance to the property lines and the required construction changes <br />caused by the location on property. This would require an addendum. <br /> <br />THE FLOOR OR LANDING on each side of the doors shall not be more than 1 inch lower than <br />the threshold of the doorway. (1/2 inch when required to be handicap accessible as per chapter <br />I1) (1004.9) <br /> <br />This site, all public areas of these facilities, and the break room are required to be accessible to <br />and useable by the physically handicapped. Details and dimensions not shown shall comply with <br />Public Law 101-336, the Americans with Disabilities Act, Part II and Part III; Department of <br />Justice Regulations of Friday, July 26, 1991; 28 C.F.R., Part 36, including Americans with <br />Disabilities Act Accessibility Guidelines (ADAAG) and Public Law 100-430, the Fair Housing <br />Act and the regulations adopted thereunder and the requirements of Chapter 11.
